1. The service

SettlyAI is an AI-assisted relocation planning tool that provides a personalized dashboard, checklists, research, and downloadable reports to help you plan an international move.

2. Not professional advice

SettlyAI does not provide legal, immigration, visa, tax, financial, or other professional advice. The Service offers general research and planning tools, and some content is generated by automated research that may be incomplete or inaccurate and can change at any time. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always verify requirements with official government sources and qualified professionals before acting.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access secure.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not scrape, resell, or otherwise misuse the Service or its content.

5. Payments and early access

Early access is a one-time payment processed by our payment provider, Razorpay, in Indian Rupees (INR). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change over time.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, content, and software, is owned by SettlyAI and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. The information you provide remains yours.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google and Razorpay. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SettlyAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
